These terms outline how BrandSellr partners with clients for eCommerce growth initiatives. They are designed to set clear expectations and protect both parties in a professional B2B relationship.
1. Introduction
By engaging BrandSellr services, clients agree to these terms and any applicable service-specific scope documents, proposals, or statements of work.
2. Services Overview
BrandSellr provides performance-focused growth systems that may include:
- Marketing systems architecture and campaign frameworks.
- Creative testing and optimization workflows.
- Tracking, attribution, and technical performance infrastructure.
3. No Income Guarantees
BrandSellr does not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, profitability, or business outcomes. Performance depends on factors beyond our sole control, including market demand, competition, product-market fit, and external platform behavior (including Meta, Google, and similar systems).
4. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, BrandSellr retains ownership of its proprietary methods, including AI prompts, systems, and technical frameworks used to deliver services.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered assets for their own business operations under the agreed scope.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining operational readiness, including:
- Store quality, product legitimacy, and compliance.
- Order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support.
- Timely approvals, access provisioning, and factual business inputs.
BrandSellr is not responsible for operational or fulfillment failures outside our direct service scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BrandSellr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from misuse, third-party platform outages, account restrictions, policy enforcement actions, or external ecosystem changes.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect service evolution, operational policy, or regulatory updates. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
